Bunkers celebrates some of Margaret River's greatest surf breaks. The region is a magnet for both wine lovers and surfers from all over the world.
Deep red purple with lifted cinnamon oak and berry fruit aromas. The palate is bright and spicy with fine dark cherry and some American Oak spice flavours and a balanced, firm tannin finish.
The vintage was fine and warm with good conditions.
Hand-picked fruit was fermented in open vats and about 25% of the blend was fermented in new American Oak, matured further for one year prior to bottling.
A warm and generous red with nutty oak flavours, it displays spicy hints of the variety's Spanish heritage. Ole!!
