A shoemaker, also known as a Corviser, lived at the bridge over Snobs Creek in the late 1880's. He passed on and the creek would forever be named after his most important tool, the Snob. The small anvil used to shape the toe end of the boot.
The Corviser, low yielding vines producing a balanced wine showing elegance, power and finesse. Spicy cherry with a characteristically vibrant mouth feel, integrated Frenchy oak with a silky finish creating a seductive cool climate wine.
